Phone call scams

I was called 3 times on this and they will not stop calling me but his name was Frank Casper telling me I want $9,200 wanted me to go to CVS and get an iTunes card and put $200 on it for a security deposit and I would have $9,400 in my account in 10 minutes his number was +1-206-400-7061 said the headquarters was 200 independent Southway Avenue 27201 Washington DC his phone number he called me from was +1-206-400-7061 extension 1012 he give me an idea money approve think GG 3311 these people need to be stopped and quit telling people they're going to get these grants if the government can't stop it somebody else needs to stop it I even told the guy I said this is a scam I know it's a scam because the government doesn't have any money to be given out people like this he said something back in 2009 and it was 1700 people that were close on this grant by the government
