I am a flight attendant that is base somewhere other than where I was living, when I came into town I went to cancel my membership I was told the manager is the only person who can do that and he's already left for the day. I wanted to know why she could not take the info and pass it along. she printed out a form and told me to mail it in.  I send an email instead with the barcode. emails has been accepted as legal documents and there is no reason they should not accept that email letter to cancel putting that form in the mail. they can easily say they did not get it. and continue to debit my account. how do they stay in business with these unfair business tactics. we need to write to our congress rep. let them hold hearings on this shady business practice.   embarrass them let people know how they operate.
