What does it take to get this sham company to stop calling numbers on the FTC Do Not Call List?
I have the numbers blocked so I just laugh at the stupidity. Why would they call several times a day with no prospect of getting though?
Who hires a company that is this inefficient and unable to even provide results by calling numbers that are blocked? Hopefully the FTC can shut them down as they are worthless.

They call pretending to be running a "survey", as a few questions, then pass your info off to a telemarketer who launches into a sales pitch. They will say the "survey" call is exempt from the Do Not Call laws, yet the sales call is also exempt, because YOU requested it (during the survey). Challenge that, and it was "just a mistake".
If you are getting scam calls, assume all aspects of the product offer are fraudulent.
