I need my money Back

I had a deal with bally with three of my family but the contract  was over we stop going their before bally left But LA fitness he still taking out my money from my account the hole year .i am surprise is my son tendon program their is no longer their any more but still taking out the money and they have all my address my phone no and email  but no body tried to contact me the and when i call for cancellation they never answer my questions they now their mistakes they will get mad they are not talking proffessionally they are not egukated to handel the problemes and they dont want to cancel evenafter i called they charge me and they said this is the last charge to me this is not a right place to serve people they just love money the are just to gready.
