threatening attempt to collect a debt

Got the same e-mail as many others mentioned - they've offered a "lower amount settlement" amount for me to have a zero balance.  I am still requesting original loan documents.  Here's how to complain/ report it to the FBI:  http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.  I've reported it to the Fair Trade Commission, as well - at ftc.gov.
