excessive charges

We ordered the Diamond z4 on Jan. 18, 2013. Sale price for the set was advertised for $ 20 + S/H. Once the transaction was completed we checked our bank statement and $ 119.95 was withdrawned from our account. Made several calls later and was never able to speak with a rep. Its a lesson to learn... We must not believe everything that sound and look good.  They will get caught and will be stopped !
