I have been contacted by this number several times. When I answered it there is an auto response where they ask you to give personal information - date of birth etc. I have contacted Lloyds. BEWARE!

    This number is from Credit Services for Lloyds TSB - so I was informed by Lloyds. Basically I called the bank direct and asked them, they said it was because of a late payment. Would suggest that anyone worried about it should contact Lloyds direct and they will be put through to the correct department as they will have notes to explain why they need to talk to you on your account details.
