I could not find theirs service contact, so I emailed to the business support that is the only email addresss shows on their website. Here is what exactly happened to me. I think I have the right and responsibility to let al customers know this as a reference. Dont waste of you money, REALLY!

Maybe you can forward this to your service department if you really care about the feedback from customers or not just about the money.
Unfortunately, I think I am having issue in your Cincinnati Okely Store. I trusted LAFitness so much when I stepped in, and it is also my first time to buy a membership from a gym. But what I experienced there is really disappointed me.
They charge me $140 ish for registration fee and the first and last month's monthly fee (42.59 include tax) at the beginning. I understand this is your policy, but please listen! Before I opened the membership, I told the Staff that I will only be in Cincinnati for three month, and then I have to freeze the account until I graduate because there is no Lafitness in Savannah where is my school at. I wanted something can hold my account without charge anything after the three month. And the girl I talked to did not tell me anything about paying the $10 fee for freezing
the account until I am about to leave cincinnati. I was trying to talk with their operator, it was so hard for me to talk and even make an appointment with him. We finally just talked via phone when I mentioned about I want to cancle the membership. And he just said there is no way for me to avoid the $10 monthly fee after I leave Cincinnati. Honestly, I dont feel they care about customers at all. I feel like I have been fooled to buy the membership. After I paid the money, they just dont care me any more. I have no choice and cant keep letting them deduct the money from my account, I have decided to cancel the membership. They said there is no any refund for me even I cancel the membership. When I bought the membership, They charged me the first and the last month' monthly fee. Then they also charged me for a month in the middle. BUt I intent to cancel membership on the second month before they date they are supposed to charge me for the third month, but they said there is no refund for me for the third month that I haven't used at all.
The worst thing I have the right and really need to let all the customers and your company know is that the staff who talked to me is very irresponsible. When I stepped into LAfitness, I trust it so much because it is one of the largest gyms in this country. And I told the staff who talked with me that it is my first time to buy the membership from a gym, I dont know anything, hope she will give me a full explanation to every police. And she did not do that when I trusted that she would.
First, my friend also bought membership there, she did not pay any registration fee.
Second, I was not even told that I will have to pay $10 monthly fee for frozen my account after I leave CIncinnati.
Third, I was not told that they would charge me two month when I just open membership, and there will not be any refund of the monthly fee for the last month they have charged in advance when I intent to cancel my membership.
I feel very disappointed to this place and quite doubt the reputation your company have. If a company runs like this, I bet it would lose all the trust from costumers soon or later. I really hope there is a place for me to talk about all of these that happened to me. But I could not even find a service contact or feedback from customers on the webpage. I really wanna ask do those people working there feel comfortable to suck customers' money by this way? Thats why I send this email to you because I can definitely see you are welcoming new business, since this is the only email address on your website.
