They appear to claim they have some sort of "identity protection service".
They may be getting consumer account information transferred from some on-line payday loan sites, possibly even when the "loan" application is turned down. This may indicate the payday loan sites are mainly scams designed to extract these charges and split the money.
This type of scam generally depends on placing some disclosure on some site you might have disclosed information to to create the appearance that you "authorized" the charge, but that disclosure is often hidden, in fine print, at the bottom of a long webpage, through some link, etc, since they do not actually intend consumers to know of their charges before they take your money.
If you are getting fraudulent charges from one of these scammers, you might also find charges under other names, so it is not adequate to try to block just this "company". You MUST report it as FRAUD and CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
As with ANY fraudulent or unauthorized charges, contact your bank immediately to dispute all such charges as fraudulent, and close the account to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Since the charge is fraudulent, ask your bank to waive the fees and close and block this account number.
Follow up with a written dispute to your bank's dispute address from your statement, making sure your bank receives it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, and sent certified return receipt requested so you have proof of timely notification, to preserve your federal FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the state AG of the state they are located in.
They appear to be in Arizona, so contact the Arizona Attorney General.
