Charges on my credit card that that I was not aware of making a purchase.

A charge on my Master Card for something that I didnot receive. I have called and cancelled my membership or whatever the charge was for. The person I spoke to, Bart, told me my membership was cancelled, but that I needed to send them an E-mail. I have tried to do that, but have not been able to get my e-mail though. I'm told by my e-mail server that it is an invalid address.

    Dispute all fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional future fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, and make sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA rights.

    Had you ordered something from them at one time, even a "trial offer"?
    Or did their charges just appear without any contact from you?
