I returned a cookbook back in October 2016, I am still receiving bills which I send back with copies of previous correspondences.  Please cancel this cookbook and any future ones.  I am also sending by mail correspondences regarding a recent bill.  Thank you in advance, Jeanette Molczan.     If you didn't order it, you don't owe it
    If you are getting billed for stuff you didn't order, treat it as the cramming scam that it is.  File a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
