Long Wait

Went to KFC and Waited 30 minutes before asked to get a refund and was told other location under renofation and that the cashier was not usually a cashier . When I asked for a refund cashier asked for who I quess was the manager and she was told he was in the office on the phone . It was supper time and the line up was out the door . totally unacceptable to be that unprepared to handle supper time business .
