unsolicited calls and nasty telemarketers

I received another call from Rachel at card services in Orlando, FL.  Told to press 9 to speak to a "person".  I pressed 0 and got a nasty person.  He told me I could lower my rate.  I went through a whole dialogue and told him I didn't want to change anything because I pay it off every month. When I asked to be taken off their list, he said no.  After 5 minutes of arguing with him, he asked it I was holding a handset.  When I said yes, he told me to shove it up my [***].  At that point I hung up.
