Sir/Madam,

I was just in our Zellers store south end in our Sudbury ON location.  I was looking at a swing for the patio.  Swing was on sale for 199.99$  I asked one worker if they had any in boxes and he replied, we should in the department and he turned and walked away.  Once in the department, I finally found someone who scanned the display product, told me there was some one the floor but the floor was so disorganized that she couldn't find it.  She therefore proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any and that I would have to take the display model at the same price without discount.

I then proceeded to ask about a BBQ on sale for 199.99$.  She scanned it and said there were no more and that the display was broken so she advised me not to take it.  I said if there are no more why is it on display?  She couldn't answer.

I then said 'you have just lost well over 400.00$ in sale today'.  The salesperson simply shrugged and said 'oh well, not my fault, nothing I can do'.

I used to be a very avid Zellers shopper.  I refused to go to Walmart.  I did everything to support Zellers and was vocal in my choice because we had everthing there.

Unfortunately, the service, the display and the store as a whole is let go and no one seems to care.  Guess where I'm taking my business?
