bad service received from a manager /assistant with a gold tooth

we brought  2 500 ml cokes and 1 piece and pap within 5 minutes  we decided to returned the cokes back the we where shouted by the manager saying we are not fair,we must make up our mind before we decide to do anything , she also said a messager must sometime be shouted
