I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 6 WEEKS TO GET A SERVICE UP GRADE, AFTER SCHEDULING 5 APPOINTMENTS 3 OF WHICH THEY DIDN'T SHOW, 1 I HAD TO CANCEL, AND 1 THAT NEEDED TO
BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO A SAFETY ISSUE. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THE DID'T
INSTALL MY UPGRADE, DIDN'T SHOW FOR APPOINTMENTS.  I AM GOING TO LOOK INTO CABLE.
