i do not know or have ever heard of this company but they say i owe them money, i will follow through with harrassment if they do not stop

They are a bunch of lying scammers operating out of a call center in Mumbai, India.
They have branched out from their original scam of fraudulent telemarketing of "gas vouchers" that were just a ploy to get credit card numbers and charge them monthly, to their new "magazine subscription" scams, much like the Buffalo variety of "subscription" shakedown racket. "Bait and switch" AFTER getting your account or card number, inflating the "subscription" to way beyond what you could buy magazines directly from the publisher.
You don't owe them. Nobody owes them. They can't do anything to you.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General. If you receive any fraudulent bills through the mail, file mail fraud complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
