Did not authorize any payment arrangement with this company. Please help me with this it is urgent.

Please help me with this company it has caused problems and put my debit card in a high risk.  I did not authorize any payment arrangement with this company.  If the problem is not fixed I will be deleting my account and go sonewhere else. This is the 2nd time I have had problems with google.
