i had tec come out ona sevice call on the 19th of may.the tec was late. to start.he got the servic woking and programed the remote to run my other componits and left .i then noticed that the sound and picture going in and out. i called back to let them know that some thing was wrong.they told me they would have the tec call me.none called.the claimes department called me back a cupple days later to find out how the service call went.i tould him what was going on.he tould me the  tec closed out the report saying that i had faulty equitment.my complint is at no time did the tec tell me,that i had bad equitment.  i dont uderstand why the tec did not tell me of the problems with my stuff .now my tv is not working.the tec that came out  today said the signal and receiver are fine but that my tv was bad. then the climes department called me back.i was on the phone with them for three hours trying to com to a solustion for the problem. i cant take pic of the damage cus the tv is not working wright.

    my acc#46480042 . the estimate that i have gotten states that its 39.00 just tocome out and look at it.this cust would be icluded in the cost the repairs,but can not tell me whats wrong with out comming out to see what the problem is.
