POOR poor service

My goodness,
I know we a small town, rather unknown, I know that GENERALLY service is going for a ball of &*$#, but with a company like KFC we sorta HOPE that there will be an international standard to uphold, a sense of corporate identity, A RESPONSIBILITY???
Last week sometime I felt like KFC, I've only recently moved to King Williams Town, so I went to the Alexandra Rd outlet and ordered a "streetwise two". I was disapointed to say the least, the chicken was greasy and tasted VERY salty (and I'm a person who generally likes extra salt). But I figured what the hell, we all have out off-days right?
Yesterday, a staff member at a retail outlet where I was doing some shopfitting asked me to pick up some KFC for her when I went out to buy screws, since it was lunch-time, I figured I'd have some too...
I decided on some "sprinkle pops" for myself feeling in the mood for the salt and vinegar flavour sprinkles, I pain my money, waited quite a while and the paper bag was set before me, I opened, checked, and inside was the tub of chicken pieces... nothing else.
I asked the cashier where my sprinkles were, and without a work she shuffled away...
A few minutes later she slaps a sachet of "fruit chutney" flavour onto the counter and resumes her"duties", when I ask her for the salt and vinegar flavour, she shrugs and says they don't have.
So I ask for the manager....
E V E T U A L L Y.... Lennox... heaves himself into view... totally ignores me.... chatters away to the cashier in Xhosa, all the while casting dirty glances my way
"NO SALT AND VINEGA, only chutney"
So I asked for my money back, which was given in small change....
Is this acceptable?
