You would expect that a company as large as maytag / Whirpool would get their act together and make it simple to register appliances on line. I have been trying to do this simple task for over an hour and I am about to give up. Does anyone here know where to get this done?
HELP ME PLEASE

Call 1-800-688-9920 (# located on back of Admiral "Use and Care Guide") to register your washer.  I had a very helpful customer service rep who said she will convey to management the problems I encountered when trying to register the machine online.

Absolutely crazy that they are telling you to go to admiral.com which is an insurance company website!  Wasted a lot of time with this!

I had the same problem as those above. Thanks to SC's previous post, I called 1-800-688-9920 and was able to register the washer. The rep apologized, but I didn't get the feeling that anything would be done to resolve this ongoing problem.  Thanks SC!

Same problem.  Now June 2013.  They aren't interested in fixing this problem.

It is 18 June 2013 and the problem remains the same. I wonder if these comments will ever be forwarded to the company!?

Same here. I kept checking the website over and over and I couldn't believe it was an insurance company. I kept thinking I was typing something wrong.

Ridiculous.  Cannot believe the information is incorrect on my registration card AND that there is no website to register online.  Very poor.

It is frustrating when a company (whirlpool) this size ,and with the resources they have can be so incompetent. My next purchase will not be from this company

Same problem registering.  Makes you wonder if that's just the beginning of the problems you will have with your product.

I am having the same problem registering my products.  If you use the website suggested it comes up as and auto insurance company.  I guess snail mail is looking better!

Same stupid problem, same stupid non-answer to it. It is now August 12th and I do not wish to buy new auto insurance. I guess I will call the 800 number and take my chances. It's a sad day when we do not get any service or respect from those that we are paying for it.

Products registrations appear to be just another invasion of privacy. I bought a washer. Period. Why on earth does Admiral need to know my level of income, my profession, level of education and whether or not I'm interested in stamp collecting. I might be willing to tell them where I bought the washer and its serial number, but any information they want beyond that is just so they can try to sell me other things I don't want.
    Fix your website, people.

YEP, CALLED 800-688-9920 TO Register and was given verbal confirmation and they refused to email a written confirmation of registration of product.  Poor representation for Whirlpool, in my opinion!
