Threatening me with lawsuit

I received an email from this person named Jennifer Wilson saying she was a lawyer with the Dennis Group. She threatened me with a law suit saying i owed money with Cash America. I believe she got my email from them because i did business with them long ago but knew i didnt owe them any money.. I knew therefore it was a scam. This complaint is the same as one i saw earlier mentioning this persons name and the same threats of a lawsuit. I therefore hope this person can be prosecuted for scaring people to death to get money from them in such scams.
