Lottery scams by mails

My name is Muhammad Hanif and belong to Pakistan. I was scammed 500 ponds due to lottery winning 1,50000 ponds. I have deposited 200 as delivery charges and 300 ponds tax clearance certificate. All of this was done by instruction of Mr.Michael Schofiled dispactch officer, UK national Lottery payment Centre, Phone NO. 447024010652. Further, He is pressing hard to pay more for sending your winning prize.
Please help me in this regard.

my name is Asim salim sherwany and i live in pakistan 2 or 3 months ago i recieve a mail of a person he said that u have won the lottery amount and want my details i have given him my details my address phone no etc then he said in second mail that i have sent u check of 10000 euro at ur home address then after 2 weeks i recieved the check of 1oooo euros at my home address i was so excited at that time that i recieved the check i went to my local bank and deposited the check they said it take almost one and half month take the money will come in ur account then after some days i think that may be check was fake actually the check is of ING BANK AMSTERDAM NETHERLANDS
i sent mail to ING BANK AMSTERDAM NETHERLANDS they said that send us a copy of check i sent them but after that they did not reply me i sent them many mails but they did not respond i dont know y then i fax them but they did not respond now plz tell me what should i do please guide me
and one thing is that the person who sent me check he did not respond me from that time
