roof damage

Claim #24786 Filed a claim for damages to my roof with direct TV July 26, 2010. I have the letter where the claim was filed for the amount of $500.00. My account #70002354. I have called and called about this claim. No one will return my calls. I took pictures and sent in the estimate and the satellite was moved but I have not been paid my $500.00. I want something done about this ASAP. Thanks for all your time in this matter.
