Ticeket misspelling of name

I booked three tickets with cheapoair over the phone. I recived the confirmation number and i noticed that they misspelled one of the names. I called them to correct this mistake and they gave me such a hard time. I had to call a couple of times, and then I had to wait  I was on hold for more than 45 minutes. Then when they finaly picked up they transferd me to a diffrent departament. I had to wait another 30 minutes or more. So after I explained to them what happand they told me they will contact me within two days. It past three days and i never heard from them. I had to call them again and they told me it was in procces and i had to wait for couple more days where the mistakes is theirs. This problem is not solved yet. Cheapoair has poor service and i dont recomend anybody purchasing any ticket from them.
