when i purchased the cell phone it was broke and then the screen frooze and the cricket didn't refund my money or accomodate me with a loaner phone

the phone i purchased from cricket on May 5,2009 it was sold brke and they didn't accomodate my with another phone until the phone get fixed and they return my money because i paid my bill and i used the phone two times in July then the screen froze up and i couln't use the phone at all .So i purchased a metro cell phone i want back all my money from i purchased and bill payment plesae assit me .                     Thank You

    I still would like my refund that i paid for i only was able too use the phone two months.I don't have money too give away so please respond asap
