poor repair with worse customer service

Tech arrived, told me what I already new, thate the motor contol board on maytag washer was bad.  Siad it was a no warranty repair.  wanted $ 270.00 for motor and motor control board kit.  Maytag sells them direct to consumer for $180.00.  He did no diagnostics, did nothing but walk in the house and charged 129.00.  Maytag later said the parts were under warranty because the motor failed, thus the control board failed also.  Maytag sent me the parts and I installed them.  Still trying to work out a settlement for the 129.00 "no" service call charge.  A and E has poor customer service.  They are owned by Sears, but their customer service is alot worse than I have every experienced with Sears before.  Beware of over charges and poor quality repair estimates.

    Our $2000 Samsung refrigerator quit working after 10 months. Since the product was still under warranty Lowes sent A and E out to repair it. It took days for a technician to show up. The technician did not know what was wrong with it but ordered the part that consistently fails on Samsung refrigerators. It took almost 2 weeks to get the part and 4 more days before a technician came out to replace the part. 20 hours later the refrigerator is still not cooling. Are they trying to stall so the year warranty runs out?
    We lost all of the contents of our freezer and refrigerator. We have had to eat out for weeks. A $2000 refrigerator still under warranty and we are using an ice chest for milk.
    Beware of Samsung, Lowes and A & E. What kind of corporations act like this??
