bank withdrawl

Dish took almost 300.00 dollars out of my checking account ! We did not agree to this withdawl we did not even owe that money our bill had been out 6 days.we first got a call saying our service would be disconected..I called they said no your ok no chance of that.I hung up and about a hr later  I found out they had took out the money.I spoke to 6 supervisors and they finally said 8 to 10 days for a refund.haven't seen it yet.
