recharged connection still not working

Sir I am Apurva mathur using Tata sky for 2 years.I have recharge the connection since 2 August 2014 to 6 pm. But it is not working after 4 hours. This is not first time all dth are recharge the amount time to time.today I have not show messege even in the screen
