They cancelled the class, but kept billing

Lifetime fitness charged a monthly fee for swimming class. After several months of class, they informed us after the first class of Feburary that the class at the time slot is cancelled, but they kept bill us for March. We have been trying to call them to get a credit, but no response so far.

File a dispute with your bank against their charges due to their failure to deliver the product they charged you for, and that you agreed to. Or just file suit in small claims court.
In addition, contact your local District Attorney's consumer protection unit.
