Both me and my wife got sprint 4g phones. Mainly cause they were cheaper. That was the worst mistake ever. Our phones can't get incoming calls. If someone tries to call us they will get through maybe 10% of the time.

Called customer service to see what can be done. Apparently nothing. That's it, that was their best answer. Ofcourse i had to be put through hoops, talked to atleast 6 different people over the course of 2 days. Got hung up on atleast 3 times.

The kicker is, at one point they tried to claim it's my phone (even though both phones have the same issue) and they would not even consider discussing further until i paid $35 to have it checked out. So i went to the sprint shop here (mobile, al) and as soon as i told them what the problem was, the manager nodded his head, shrugged his shoulder and said "yeah we know about this problem". I called sprint back and told them hey, your people here know there is a problem with your network, naively thinking, thank god problem solved. But to my surprise the people on the other line (atleast 3 people after this) all would give the same response "nothing is showing on our system".

This is still ongoing and it's most likely going to end up with me paying an early termination fee, and chalking it up to lesson learned
