Extremely worn-out Pull and Bear shoes

I have bought a pair of Pull and Bear shoes on 28.03.2007 . Because of the rainy weather, I started to use these shoes about the first week of June. However unfortunately, those shoes got extremely worn out after a week.
After then, I took my shoes to the store for returning the product. At first, store manager did not accept to send the shoes for an investigation. After a long talk, he accepted to do it. On the other hand, he continuously humiliated me by saying “You have hit the shoes to wall or have done ballet on your fingers.”
Of course I did none of them with a new pair of shoes and he knows it. After his own product investigation without an expert, they told me that I have done the damage and it is a customer error.
I cannot believe that such a well-known and successful world brand employees are disrespectful and humiliate with the customers. Moreover, they decide before a product investigation and blame on the customers. Everybody should know their attitude through the customers and do the shopping according to that.

The Stuff is so Arrogant .
During my visit to Gezeret el Arab Street branch , Mohandessin , Egypt . I was the second one standing in the Queue waiting since around 15- 20 minutes to buy one item . This was around 5: 15 pm Wednesday August 2013 . And when My turn came Suddenly The Cashier staff decided to close the cashier and he shifted to the other " Empty " one beside him . and when i tried to give the Item to the shifted one from my place . he was so Arrogant and ٍRude and He wanted me to get back to the end of the New suddenly Formed Queue that was actually formed by the people who were just standing behind me . and when i told him . am here since 20 minutes waiting and now this is my turn he replied in an arrogant way and told me if you want to wait here then wait till he opens the cashier again . So i Left the Piece and Decided to leave . And will send an Escalate This situation by sending an official Complain email to Pull and Bear International So they can deal and Know How Staff are selected in Egypt and How they are Trained to deal with customers . And Of course all my Friends Circle and colleagues will get to know this message .
