Ice Maker keeps breaking

We purchased this side by side refrigerator with the ice and water in the door in February 2005. Also purchased the service warranty along with it.
Since our purchase I now have had to call for service on the ice maker 5 times! Today makes the 5th time! It is the same problem every time. It stops making ice and the problem is the I.M. Module breaks and always has to be replaced.
This is uncalled for! I had to call this morning for a service call and they are telling me I have to wait until next week for someone to come out and fix it. So you are telling me I have to be without ice for over a week, and be even more inconvenienced with company coming over the weekend. Then once again you want me to take off of work to wait all day for your service repair person to come out.
I can not keep taking off of work for this ice maker to be fixed. Are you going to pay my salary for the 5 days of work that I have missed??!!
At this point, I want you to replace the entire ice maker or I want another refrigerator right away. This refrigerator should have been replaced several years ago and wasn't when the trouble first started. Don't even tell me you can't give me another one, I know it can be done. Someone better come up with the product for us. I can not keep worrying about when the ice maker will break again and have to go through this whole process again and again.
I am really disappointed with your product. Sears has always stood by their products but I don't see it here. You really dropped the ball!
