I was one of the unfortunate ones to make a purchase of  Nikon D80 from Express Cameras.  Not only were the products lacking in quality, which is not normal for Nikon products.  However, I got the same bull story as nearly everyone does, about quality, service, etc.  The "no-service" rep actually told me to shut up and listen... he would not let me get a word in just kept talking over me... very rude.  Total disregard for any customers.

I have a problem with the camera I got and am sure I'll never get it fixed or replaced through them because of the time stuck on the phone, (tried several times already, and was hung up on each time)

The products that were sent were mostly very cheap, low quality items even though I was told "deluxe" or higher quality, better, etc.  

Let this help serve as a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them... never never never purchase anything through ExpressCameras.com
