Requested service on my AC Unit, attempted to call next day for status update. Called total of 10 to 12 times that day, placed on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. Using a government phone to call , not allowed to use personel cell phones at work. I finally attempted to call billing instead. Answered by representative immediately, requested supervisor , representative preceded to hang up on me. When I finally was able to speak with someone, stated they would have supervisor contact me, never happened. If this is there representation of good bussiness ethics I would re-evaluate your choice before using them .
