Bothersome daily phone calls

Global Reach Int has called daily for the last 3-4 weeks.  Frequently 3-10 times a day, ringing the phone twice.  They hang up or do not respond to a pick-up, and I fear they have been attempting to get access to my computer as I have been experiencing many problems with maintaining connection to Yahoo. Is there something we can do about this harrassment?

    These people keep calling nd calling. I complained with a supervisor and that afternoon they called AGAIN!

    They are reported to be running a "government grant" scam, with many complaints of violating the Do Not Call list.

    I have received several calls from GLOBALREACH INT 213-452-6533 shows up on the callerID.  I finally answered and the person had such a strong accent, the only two words I could understand were government grant.  I asked them to find someone who speaks English to call me next time and then I hung-up.

    They've been calling between five and ten times per day for the last week, and I just want them to stop.  I swear, the next time they call someone's going to get yelled at.  The last call was nearly nine pm.

    they just hang up on me. I started letting the phone ring because they only let it ring two or three times

    Who the heck is Yolanda?  They have called my home telephone at least 20 times in the past week and keep asking for Yolanda.
    Our patience is gone and want to get rid of these people.  Think I will keep a whistle next to the phone for the next time they call.
