deception

when I called the number listed for Dell, I go these people.  After talking to them, they suggested that I needed a service cotract for my softwear,  for $79.95 I could be the problem fixed once or for $159.95 I could have one years service.  When I asked they were Dell auhorized several times, they just abruptal ended the phone call.
