delay in spontaneous service according to service contract

current problem:since having annual consecutive 3 yrs service contract,we are getting service only after calling at least ten times,some times we are not getting service still after having problem.the water out let is being stopped suddenly.if 2 seconds starts falling again stop for two days .The service person did not come still after verbal information. Normal contract periodical check up is done after several times calling.i want to get good service now my machine is not working.

SIR,
NOW IF I DON'T GET SERVICE FROM COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE I SHALL GO TO FURTHER PROCESS TO CONSUMER FORUM.ONE OF THE FRONT PANEL WAS BROKEN BY THE SERVICE PERSON WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CORRECTLY FITTED BY NEW REPLACE MENT OF FRONT UNIT ACCORDING TO MODEL NO.

THAT WAS NOT MACHED,SO A GAP CONSISTING BETWEEN TWO PANEL HELPS INSERTING DIRTS AND INSECTS TO GET INSIDE. THEY NEVER PONDERED OVER THE MATTER.I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS COMMUNICATION GAP BETWEEN COMPANY AND FRANCHISE.HOW SHALL  I GET BENEFIT?
