poor service

we have just started dtv and i am regretting it i was told on demand had over 7000 free movies including new releases this is not true new releases have a charge. tonight we tried to watch a demand movie and are going on 5 hours for it to download. when call they stated it was our wifi   when i informed them nothing else on our wifi including netflix is this slow they just made excuses and were very rude. i am now wishing we would have went with dish or stayed with cable.
