Security spam

I am tired of  being called multiple times daily regarding home security.. They are switching the listed phone number so you don't have recognition of the spam. The salesperson won't answer what com[any he represents when asked, they simply hang up.  The phone company recommends a block on the caller but they turn around and sells access to another line.   Any ideas how to get rid of these call permanently ?
