Poor Quality

Purchased a couch and love seat from Art Van Clearance Center 4 mos ago. Fabric is starting to rip behind cushions almost as if it is dry-rotted and staples are coming-up everywhere. VERY POOR QUALITY. Called customer service today and they won't do a thing because I didn't purchase a "Clearance Center Warranty". Apparently, Clearance Center furniture doesn't come with any guarantee or standard warranty. We didn't even know there was such a thing. Sales person told us that our furniture was covered with the fabric protection warranty we purchased. Never - Ever buy furniture from Art Van!!!
