DEACTIVATE HUNGAMA SERVICES

With reference to our previous complaint dated: 26-4-16, regarding deactivation of hungama services there has been no action taken regarding this. Today i , have called on the toll free no.-18002097010 and talked to MS.Neena Sharma and she said that she has deactivated the services and send the confirmation mail on my mail ID( nirmalsidhu38@yahoo.com).But when i have checked my mail, there is no confirmation mail regarding deactivation.
Please let me know what is the procedure regarding deactivation of this services.
