Faucet not replaced

I have called American Home Shield on 3 occasions to express my displeasure with Freedom Plumbing. First thing was Dennis from Freedom plumbing told me replacing faucets was not apart of my warranty which is. AHS informed Dennis it was apart of my warranty on yesterday, Thursday, 12/10/15. I have not heard back from Dennis and AHS is giving me the runaround. I'm on vacation and my tenant at the property is constantly texting me because the faucet is still leaking. I would like to change the vendor to Aaron's Plumbing. I am appalled with the service I have received from AHS and Freedom Plumbing. I would greatly appreciate some assistance in this matter.
