phone call for services unwanted or not warrented

I receive multiple phone calls everyday, from Card Holder Services, Rachel.  I have never owned a credit card and don't want to.  I am only 18 years old and they must be calling the wrong number, but insist that they have the right party.  I want the calls to stop.
