Eureka Forbes take money but don't provide promised service

I have been using Eureka Forbes Water Purifier for more than 2 years now. I signed an Annual Maintenance Contract with Eureka Forbes to provide the annual maintenance for the system.
My water purifier has not been working for the last 2.5 months. In spite of my frequent complaints and inquires about the status of my support case, no one stopped by to have a look.
