Invalid offer

I just wanted to Port my Airtel Sim to jio and requested for the port number. After some time I got a call from Airtel saying that they will provide me with a special offer which is recharge with 399/- and get unlimited calls and 2gb/ day for 84 days. I was impressed by the offer and initiated it. I got a message saying that the offer is initiated and please recharge with 399/-. I have done the recharge but didn't get the special offer they suggested.
