I am complaining on behalf of my son who is stationed in Afghanistan. Suddenly he was receiving all these charges on his account. $48.00 every 2 weeks and posters were being delivered like crazy. He asked that we check into it since we have his power of attorney. I contacted PosterPass by telephone and spoke to a representative named Kim. She assured me the orders would stop and that if I returned the posters my son would receive credit for the posters. They sent an additional shipment after I had cancelled so I sent all the poster's back in 2 shipments, I have tracking numbers and know they were delivered. Needless to say it has been almost a month and still no credit. I plan on contacting them again by phone tomorrow (05-06-08).

    I am having the same problem. I got this email address-customerservice@posterpass.com- from a confirmation email they sent me. I have been calling and sending emails, and saving the emails. Please let me know if you have any luck. eekburg@gmail.com
