charged my card twice for 39.80 before i even got the special offer so i did'nt have a chance to stop charges. when i got the special offer i called cancel and found out i was already charged for them

"Special deal" to get your account number, then pile on the charges for overpriced products as fast as they can before you figure out how to block them.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the unauthorized charges as fraudulent, and have your bank close your account to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and send it certified return receipt requested ensuring that your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
