Missing part

I bought a new refrigerator and when it was delivered it was missing one of the roller legs on the front to level the unit. Delivery guy tried telling me that was normal. They only came with 3??? Been on hold for over an hour trying to get Frigidaire to send out a repair man and fix the damned thing!
