deducting 12 riyals / every text i received

this is my 4th times already that i was deducted 12 riyals every time i received this wap.hala mobile.pls stop this,pls return my 48 riyals,my no.0552523439.pls stop sending wap.hala mobile in my no.deducting 12 riyals in our balance is not a joke..pls.stop this.thanks...
